Wvery aspect of this experience was excellent. Booking was straightforward and staff helpful. Sadly we had to cancel and re-book later but as soon as I explained this, staff were so helpful and made this easy for us. The venue was lovely and every member of staff we encounter was professional yet friendly. The service was exceptional and our waiter was the best I have encountered for a long time. The afternoon tea was lovely, beautifully served and very tasty. I have nothing but praise for every aspect of this experience. Excellent value and I would recommend highly.

The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

I can’t begin to say how happy I was celebrating my husbands birthday at Taj 51! The Indian Jasmine Afternoon Tea was so delicious . Made even better by the wonderful service we received . The staff were not only very friendly but were extremely thoughtful in making our experience unforgettable. Thank you !

A very high quality afternoon tea in a great setting in the Georgian Restaurant in Harrods

Tasty and varied afternoon tea. The cafe coped wonderfully well with my allergies, professionally delivered.

Had a lovely tea yesterday in such a beautiful setting. We decided to order one savoury (for which there was a very small additional supplement) and one traditional afternoon tea as we couldn't decide which to have! We really enjoyed both and shared them. The staff were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Make sure you allow time to walk round the lovely grounds before or afterwards as parking is £4 for 8 hours so you may as well make a day of it!

It is a wonderful place, amazing food, kind staff and it was made even better that the sun was shining.
