There is maximum no age limit at Go Ape! As long as you are physically fit and comfortable with heights you are good to go!
This will depend on the activity you have chosen - most visits will take between 2 and 3 hours to complete!
How scary you find Go Ape will depend on your own fear levels. It's mainly heights that can unnerve people, but safety measures are in place across the site and participants are harnessed and briefed on safety procedures before taking part in activities
Most Go Ape activities are suitable for those aged 10 and up, but some locations do offer activities for younger children. Take a look at your preferred activity before booking to make sure it's suitable for your group!
The difficulty of Go Ape courses varies, but typically the 'Black Run' courses are the ones that will be most demanding, featuring the highest obstacles and greatest level of difficulty.
