Staff were really nice, room good, the location is excellent - didnt know until we arrived but you got 10% off some shops as you are staying at the hotel so that was good - breakfast was a good choice

Smooth experience - visiting Warwick Castle
I think this was the smoothes experience I ever had with using vouchers. No problems with booking a slot for the castle visit. Straightforward instructions and reminders were sent on time. Also perfect organisation at the actual site. No admin burdens and unpleasant surprises to enjoy the day out.

Electric cars
My two granddaughters had a go on the mini electric cars and has a fabulous time. They teach how to park, control and drive the cars. Absolutely loved it and want to do it again.
