We had a lovely stay at the bath hotel matlock

We had a great two night stay the room was very good and clean. It was nice to have a huge tv as some hotels have the smallest ones which is a job to see. The staff were amazing , sorry can’t remember their names but the new girl who worked in the restaurant was very efficient and good at her job very attentive to. The lady at the reception was so lovely and helpful also as was the guy who was the manager. Overall can’t fault any of them. We were so pleased as you never really know till you arrive what it’s like but were not disappointed we would certainly go back and recommend also. We’ll done to you all, and thanks for making our trip so enjoyable

What a fantastic birthday gift, the murder mystery evening was fully engrossing, the actors were really professional, they played their parts very convincingly and fully included all the guests. All the staff at the hotel were really helpful, friendly and worked really hard until the early hours. The 3 course meal was absolutely delicious, everything really enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, a real treat to end our overnight stay, we ended up trying everything and going back for more. The whole package was extremely good value for money. We will definitely be booking again

Been coming here a few times, host gary is a fantastic guy. Nothing is to much trouble for him. Definitely a 5***** guesthouse.

Had a great time at the murder mystery evening at the Elmbank York hotel. It was an entertaining and funny dinner, and the event felt pretty immersive and interactive with the actors sitting with all the guests.

Everything on the tour was excellent. Quality of the tea very helpful staff. One area of disappointment although it may be difficult to control something should be done to stop the excessive noise made by just 4 people on board it certainly stopped some of our enjoyment of the tour.

Today we flew from Perranporth Airfield, it was a birthday gift to my friend for her BIG birthday as she had never flown. The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. Easy to book, check in and updates. Staff and Pilot at the airfield lovely, as you can tell we had a great time. Thankyou.
