• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• You will receive two vouchers; both vouchers are valid for two people
• Both vouchers are valid Monday-Saturday only
• This experience is not available on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays
• Please note; the cruise is not available in July and August
• The Westminster Abbey voucher is valid from 9.30am - 3.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.30am - 6pm on Wednesday and 9.30am - 1.30pm on Saturday
• The published "entry closure time" is the last time you can enter the Abbey. Following this time, you will have up to 1h to explore the Abbey before closure
• Please be aware that once you have redeemed your voucher, you MUST collect your tickets from your selected location
• In order to redeem your voucher please visit one of the following venues:

  • Visitor Centre Paddington (London, UK) 145 Praed Street, Paddington, London W2 1RL Opening Times: Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult on the Thames Cruise experience
• Children under the age of 5 may travel on the cruise for free
• You cannot redeem your Thames Cruise voucher at London Eye Pier, however you may board a cruise from this location
• There is no need to book your Thames cruise vouchers in advance - simply take your valid voucher to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive a ticket valid for 24 hours
• Refreshments are available at the on-site Cellarium Café and Terrace for an additional price
• To redeem your Thames Cruise voucher, go along to the cruise operator’s ticket booth at one of the piers stated with your voucher on your chosen day
