What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Check in is from 12pm November–March and from 2pm April–October, check out is by 11am
• Please bring your own bedding and linen, towels, tea towels, cooking utensils and crockery
• There are specific pitches that are reserved for disabled customers as they’re situated close to the disabled toilets and showers on the site – please ask upon booking
• Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is a public body subject to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and therefore liable to disclose some contractual information
