Shaken & Seared Cookery Class for One at Sauce by The Langham

Discover the art of cooking the perfect steak with the Shaken & Seared cookery class at Sauce by The Langham. Arrive to be welcomed with a refreshing cocktail, before getting stuck in and learning some key cooking techniques to create the perfect fillet steak. You’ll also have the chance to try your hand at making three delicious sauces to accompany your meal. End the evening in the Pantry dining room where you’ll get to savour your own creations, served with classic sides, family style dessert and a glass of wine to toast to a fun and tasty dining experience. You’ll even get to take home a Sauce by The Langham tote bag, recipe pack and personalised apron.

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Available Thursdays and Fridays, year round
• The class runs from 6.30pm–9pm. Please allow additional time to accommodate for longer dining and cooking times
• Please book at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability
• Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
• Minimum age: 18 years
