What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• It is available to use Tuesday–Thursday, year round excluding school holidays
• Each experience will run for a total of two hours each
• Minimum age: 15 years
• Minimum height: 4ft. Maximum height: 7ft
• Minimum weight: 4st7lb. Maximum weight: 18st9lb
• You will need to present a doctor’s note in order to take part if you suffer from heart conditions or epilepsy
• If this experience is postponed due to adverse weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule within 12 months but won't be entitled to a refund
• This is an outdoor experience you should dress accordingly, with waterproofs where necessary. T-shirts and shorts are not permitted for Quarry Karts
• One participating adult that is 18 years and above is required for every four children under 18 years
• You are required to wear gloves to take part in this adventure. You can bring your own or purchase them on the day
• Arms and legs must be covered
