What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
• Available week round, year round, excluding 2nd April, 26th May, 14th July and 24th and 25th December
• The bus departs at 13:45 and 17:30 each day and the tour is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes in total. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour to check in and board. Please note the bus cannot wait for latecomers
• Minimum age: 5 years
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking, these must be emailed. Traditional, vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free menus are available
• Unable to cater for: nut-free, peanut-free, combination of dairy & gluten-free, combination of vegan & gluten-free and coeliacs

• There is no disabled access on the bus
• Please note there are no toilets on board
