Online Japanese Cooking Course for Two People

Learn the art of Japanese cooking with a four-class online course with Reiko Hashimoto. Founder of the HASHI Japanese Cookery School, Reiko has 20 years’ experience teaching Japanese cooking. You’ll be sent ingredient lists, equipment lists and the recipes in advance of your classes, so you'll have plenty of time to prepare. You will dial into Reiko's beautiful London Hashi studio via Zoom, for four classes learning different Japanese dishes. Learn heaps of tips and tricks and tuck into your delicious creations after each class. You’ll be an expert chef in no time!

What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for two people
• You will be sent all the information needed for the preparation for the class (kitchen utensils, fresh ingredients, drinks to complement the dishes)
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Log-in details and recipes will be sent upon confirmation of your booking
• Your dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking
• You will need a large screen (no phones) and a good Wi-Fi connection
• The classes take place on Zoom
