They closed the spa on the day of our spa experience
We have tried to make contact directly with the hotel to complain and are being ignored

Good spa - bad hotel
No air con in rooms
Uncomfortable beds
Food is average
Spa good, would recommend the Swedish back massage. Have to pay additional for robes and slippers.
Expensive parking
Left early as couldn’t sleep in the room due to there being no air con.

What a lovely break!
At this time we are all getting more and more stressed at not being able to mingle with friends and relatives. This made this gift experience so much more valued at this time. My husband and I work very hard and lockdown meant more stresses and strains and no relief. This experience helped my husband and I get away from it all safely! The hotel staff and spa staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating and we really were spoiled. Very much appreciated.
