Alternatively, you can embark on an action-packed mountain bike adventure or go for a spin on the floodlit road circuit where you can enjoy a traffic-free trial. What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Bike and helmet hire are included in taster and self-pedal sessions. Additional safety equipment may be required
• Minimum age: 7 years (for BMX)
• Participants under 18 years will need to provide a signed Parental Consent Form
• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian
• Children aged 12 years and over do not require supervision, but it is strongly recommended
• Minimum height: 4ft 2in (for BMX)
• Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is a public body subject to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and therefore liable to disclose some contractual information
• All dates and times are subject to availability
