What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day. An additional charge of £10 will apply for bookings on Friday to Sunday, payable directly to the supplier
• Arrival time is 9am or 1.30pm and departure is at 1pm or 5.30pm
• The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18
• Robes, towels, and slippers are provided
• The minimum age to access the spa and pool facility is 16 (if accompanied by an adult)
• All treatments are restricted to those aged 18 and over
• This experience offers a 50 minute treatment per person
• Please allow at least six hours for this experience
