Have a voyage along the river Thames with a choice of either a canoe or kayak self-guided adventure for two! After going through the basics with an experienced instructor, explore the River Thames by water and hop onto either a single seat touring kayak or Canadian-style canoe. As you embark on this relaxing five-hour paddle through Richmond, take in the area’s history as you pass the Eel Pie and Swan Islands and make a stop at The Anglers in Teddington – a thriving 18th-century fishermen’s pub. Here you can sip some cool ales and tuck into a delicious meal before paddling back to Petersham. Alternatively, pack your own lunch for a private riverside picnic and dive in for a refreshing wild swim to end an unforgettable day of wholesome adventure!

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available Monday–Friday, April - September, excluding Bank Holidays
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
• If weather conditions are unsuitable, the session may be cancelled
• You can bring extra people for a supplement fee – please enquire at point of booking
• Disabled access is available
• Please allow up to five hours for this experience
• You will need to sign a waiver acknowledging your responsibilities on the water
• You will need to sign a consent form and disclose any relevant health information to your guide before setting off
