• Cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Disabled access can be made available and the centre itself is wheelchair accessible with assistance
• Up to four spectators are welcome in the lounge area and one standing spectator in the Sim Hall
