What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
• These experiences can be used on the same or on different days
• For Lift 109:
  • Available Monday–Thursday, year round excluding school holidays
  • Want a voucher for more people? Add extra people during the online booking journey
  • Entrance is between 10am–3.50pm. You will be able to select your entry time at the point of booking
  • Please allow around 40 minutes for this experience
  • Adults are aged 16+. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged two years and under can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket
  • Please inform the supplier of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking. For a stepfree route, please reserve the wheelchair lift
  • Please note, there is no cloakroom available. Visitors are asked to only bring a handbag or small rucksack. Pushchairs and buggies are only permitted in The Gallery space and cannot be brought into the Lift
  • Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs
• For Battersea Barge:
  • Available on Wednesdays and Sundays, year round
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • On Wednesdays the show runs from 8pm–10.20pm with doors opening at 7.20pm and on Sundays the show runs from 6.15pm –8.20pm with doors opening at 5.20pm
  • This venue has a smart/casual dress code
  • Please note, this venue has no disabled access
  • This experience is not suitable for those with a fear of boats or water – occasionally the boat mildly rocks if another passes by
