• Adults are deemed to be 17 years or over
• Children are deemed to be under 17 years. Paying children are aged 4 to 16 years. Children aged 3 years and under are admitted free of charge
• Kew Gardens opens daily at 10am, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• Closing times vary seasonally
• Kew Palace is open from Easter until late September
• Please bring the voucher on the day and have it ready to display at the gate
• The Kew Explorer is available for guided tours at an extra charge during the day
