Taste Champagne, prosecco, Cava, Moscato, new world and an award-winning British fizz. Learn to identify them and recognise flavours created by the fermentation process. Then, try out a blind tasting of Champagne and fizz before sitting down to a cocktail making session! If that hasn’t convinced you, a three-course lunch is included to complement the drinks.
