What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Available week round from 12pm–11pm, October–June, excluding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter weekend and the 14th–31st December
• Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Any dietary requirements must be given with a minimum of 48 hours notice
• Any additional items purchased on the day are payable directly to the supplier
• The dress code for The Rubens is smart casual and it is requested that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, flip-flops and non-tailored shorts – guests not adhering to the dress code policy will not be permitted entry into the restaurants and bars
