120 Minute Simulator Session with Boeing Pilot for One

This 120-minute Boeing 747 simulator session is your ticket to cloud nine. You’ll spend two hours in the cockpit of an ex-BA jumbo jet, with a real-life Boeing pilot guiding you from pushback to touchdown. After a quick rundown of the controls, it's time to take command of the flight deck, complete with a wraparound 180-degree screen. This is the only genuine 747-400 upper deck experience in North England, you’ll step aboard the legendary G-BYGA aircraft and live out your high-flying dreams. Snap a selfie in the captain’s chair, stretch out in business class, and raid the gift shop like a seasoned jet-setter. Great fun for wannabe pilots, aviation geeks, or just someone who fancies a day out that’s plane awesome.

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This voucher is valid for one person
• Available Tuesday to Sunday, year round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
• If you have any specific access needs or require additional support during your visit, please contact the venue in advance so they can make appropriate arrangements to ensure your comfort
• The minimum height is 3ft and a maximum height of 6ft 8
• The minimum age for this experience is 7 years. Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult who will need to purchase a spectator pass - this is payable direct to the experience provider
• Please allow at least two hours for this experience
• A wheelchair can be brought into the cabin but persons must be able to get themselves into the cockpit by walking unassisted
• It is recommended to book two weeks in advance
