This was a lovely gift to receive for me and my dog. My mum came aswel and decided to go to somerset. The lordleaze is a lovely hotel. Quiet, nice staff and a lovely breakfast which wasn't included with this voucher but worth having. I had to pay a £50 supplement as went peak time and £10 extra per night for the dog. Nice views of fields from mine and mums bedroom. Lots of places to let dogs walk outside.

The hot tub was not working properly as the jets don’t work

We loved every minute of our treatments I had the hot stone massage and my husband had the back ,neck and shoulder one, both of us felt so relaxed afterwards. The staff was lovely and so helpful we'll definitely be going back in the future 5 stars from us

We enjoyed the bottomless brunch. We were going to pay to upgrade to cocktails but it was only jugs not glasses and I didn't think they’d be very good. He basically brunch was unlimited Pizza Hut we were happy with one each and didn’t even finish that but it was very tasty. The beer was Heineken and I got two four pint jugs one with only ten minutes left to go. The prosecco wasn’t prosecco though just very cheap fizz probably a quid a bottle at best and bloody awful. We kindly got fresh orange free to go with it but it got left in the end it was so bad. The bar was really quiet as it was a Sunday afternoon which was a shame probably would have been better busier but we enjoyed it all the same. The staff were lovely.

I bought the voucher through buy a gift. It was easy to redeem and promptly organised by the team at Holland House and Spa. The staff were helpful, polite and guided us with ease into our experience. I also emailed to say it was for a special birthday and the restaurant team made it extra special with a surprise birthday slate. Afternoon tea was just enough and had a lovely variety of mixed sandwiches and mini bite sized cakes. We would like to thank all that we're involved making my friends birthday a memorable experience. Thank you all.

My mum and I went to Slug & Lettuce in Gunwharf Quays. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was really nice too.
