Fantastic two hours learning about the process and sampling the goods (very generous samples) then on to see the brewery. It’s not a tour as such, more of a sampling and talk. James was very informative and answered all questions. Stayed after for food from the truck and a couple more drinks from the bar.

Our group of 7 adults and 4 children were seated at the window table in the Conservatory.. perfect! We all agreed that our 3 course menu was delicious and great value. They loved the rib eye steak, fish and the best chips delicious, grilled chicken and Caesar salad good. The desserts, blueberry cheesecake, pistachio icecream and sorbets were amazing plus bottles of Prosecco..Great value voucher (added supplement of £12.50 for ribeye steak) The staff were very attentive throughout our meal and Konrad the manager was helpful from day one with my emails for our groups menu choices! The Claremont hotel is just above Charing Cross station. Perfect for our travel from Kent. No parking worries. The hotel is beautifully furnished and has a calm atmosphere in the dining area and the bar, views on to the Strand. We had a great family experience celebrating Father’s Day. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff who were very accommodating and so kind . The hotel has a lovely indoor pool , steam room and sauna , gym as well I can’t fault this place at all - ideal location for visiting York along with 24 hr parking at a small fee . Best few days in York

This was a gift for our sons 12th birthday which had us as a family laughing the entire course! Highly recommend as an activity that the entire family, whatever the age, can really enjoy

Easy to book, friendly attentive staff, delicious afternoon cream tea. They did a fabulous dairy free version for me too. The East Sussex National Hotel itself was stunning.
