• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Both vouchers are non-extendable
• Marco Pierre White London Steakhouse Co. is available from Monday to Thursday: 12pm–3pm (lunch) and 5.30pm–10.30pm (dinner) and from Friday to Sunday: 12pm–10.30pm, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day.
• The River Thames cruise is available week-round, year-round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday, Christmas Day and New Year's Day
• Please note that Friday and Saturday evening booking reservations for dining can only be made within 48 hours prior to the experience (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 9am on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week)
• Please ensure you inform the venue of any dietary requirements at point of booking
• A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill
• City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes between 10am and 6pm (depending on the departure pier and the season) – please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day
• Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August
• Once booked, if you do not show up for the experience without notice, you will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available
