What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• You will receive two vouchers, both vouchers are valid for two people
• Minimum age is 18 years
• Both vouchers are non-extendable
• Marco Pierre White Islington is available Fridays and Saturdays
• The Hop On Hop Off Thames cruise is not valid in July, August, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays
• The Marco Pierre White experience is available from 5:30pm-10pm
• Please note: You must make your reservation for Marco Pierre White online in advance by following the easy steps provided with your Buyagift voucher. Please note that walk ups will not be accepted
• There is no need to book your Thames cruise vouchers in advance – simply take your valid voucher to the operator’s ticket both at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive a ticket valid for 24 hours
• Please note; you cannot redeem your cruise voucher at London Eye Pier, however, you may board a cruise from this location
