• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Minimum age: 7 years, under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over
• Maximum weight: 114kg
• Minimum height: 1.4m
• Participants must be able to climb in and out of the basket using footholds and stand for the duration of the flight
• Available week round
• Available March to October
• Available for take-off approximately one hour after sunrise or two hours before sunset
• Total experience duration: 3-4 hours, including approximately one hour in the air
• Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or confined to a wheelchair
• Please inform the supplier of any medical conditions or health concerns when booking
• Flights may be rescheduled due to adverse weather, with the booking moved to the next convenient date
• Wear sensible shoes or boots, long trousers and long sleeves, plus a hat to protect your head from the heat of the burner
• Please bring your voucher and email confirmation on the day
