Microlight Flight Experience for One

Take to the skies with an experienced pilot for this flight of a lifetime. This truly is the perfect opportunity to feel the exhilarating freedom offered by these superbly manoeuvrable machines. Available only at Little Gransden airfield in Cambridgeshire, the flex wing has the design of a hang-glider, whilst these amazing machines might look a little scary, they have become a safe and recognised form of travel. Feel the wind beneath your wings and soar like a bird for a 20 to 30 minute flight. Both locations offer fixed wing two seater small planes and if your instructor feels you are ready, you may even be allowed to take the controls, so hold on tight!

• Approximately 25 minutes flying time in a microlight aircraft

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This experience is available from March to December, week round in Cambridgeshire and available from Wednesday to Sunday in Kent
• The minimum age for this experience is 14
• The maximum weight for this experience is 100kg/16st
• There are no height restrictions
• You do not have to have any experience to participate in this activity
• The images used are only a guide. Both the aircraft and the itineraries may vary slightly from venue to venue
• Your flight will last approximately 25 minutes. This will depend on location and weather conditions
• The experience will require you to call the morning of the flight to ensure weather conditions allow the flight to go ahead
• Family and friends are welcome to spectate
