During this foraging walk with Totally Wild UK, you’ll learn about a wide range of edible species, from mushrooms and flowers to seaweed and other plants, as you explore your chosen location with a professional forager. Discover tips and tricks for identifying and harvesting wild foods correctly, including how to spot possible lookalikes. Plus, savour a selection of tasters to give you an example of how to put your newfound skills into action, including chutneys, jams, pickles, flavoured salts and alcohol infusions.

What do I need to know?

- Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children aged 12–16 years

- Please wear suitable clothing for the weather
- Sturdy, closed-toe shoes and long trousers are recommended to protect from nettles and branches
- Please bring water and snacks if necessary
- Please make the supplier aware of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. All food prepared is vegetarian

- Children under the age of 12 years are free to attend – one child per paying adult
- A limited number of venues do not allow young children or dogs, please check at the time of booking
