Yapham Glamping Pod Experience
Absolutely brilliant. Beautiful clean pod with tea/coffee accessories, tv/dvd with a vast selection of dvds to choose from. Fabulous clean modern washroom facilities and very well equipped pot wash area. Use of fridge freezer & microwave. Chose to have the comfort pack for ease of turning up and chilling out without the fuss of making up a bed etc. Towels supplied within that pack another thing to not have to worry about. The site is wonderfully clean and quiet, peaceful surroundings. Perfect!

Great service, food slightly missed the mark
Whilst the food looked very pretty, the dishes could do with some attention to detail. The starter of goats cheese said it was glazed so I was expecting soft and lightly melted on top. What I got was a lump of cold goats cheese.
For main I had the monkfish with sweet corn ribs. The monkfish was overcooked and the ribs you couldn’t cut, I had to ask for a steak knife.
Brûlée was ok, although the vanilla beans had all sunk to the bottom and were not distributed through the mix. There were too many rich flavours on this dish, didn’t need the chocolate.
My partner enjoyed his meal although the tomato starter was very small. But for £35 for three courses the set menu is very good value.
Service was very good from Ryan. The restaurant was not even half full on a Saturday night. Real shame for the team. Let’s hope whoever buys the stores revitalises the great restaurants across the sites.

Kew Tour
The tour was excellent. However the process to redeem the voucher was difficult. I expect a website from which I can choose the date and time of the tour. Not to have to phone a number then email. A website should also be operational from the date the voucher was given. Meant I ‘forgot’ to book the tour earlier in the year. Then frustrating to have to wait 6 weeks for a date.
