Terms & Conditions

  1. This is a joint competition run Experience More Limited (T/A Buyagift) in association with Piglet’s Pantry Limited (“The Competition”). The following terms and conditions apply to The Competition.
  2. The competition is open to any mainland UK residents* aged 18 and over, except:
    1. employees of Buyagift or its affiliated companies;
    2. employees of agents, suppliers or third parties directly associated with the creation or administration of The Competition or professionally connected with the competition; or
    3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
  3. The Competition prize is a Buyagift Pamper Treat For Two Experience Box and a Piglet’s Pantry Spring Afternoon Tea Box (the “Prize”). All elements of the Prize will be subject to availability and may be substituted for an alternative Prize.
  4. To enter The Competition, entrants must answer the question “What’s your favourite season” on the Competition landing page accessed through Buyagift.co.uk. The Competition will be live from between 00:01 22/03/2024 and 23:59 03/04/2024. Entries after this time will not be eligible for inclusion in the Competition.
  5. The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator and Buyagift will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner before 10/04/2024.
  6. Winning entrants will be notified via email from pr@buyagift.com. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 10 working days of notification, Buyagift reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
  7. Buyagift will not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The winner must provide proof of identity upon request.
  9. Buyagift is entitled to refuse to process any Prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a Prize.
  10. Buyagift reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time.
  11. Buyagift will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or Prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the Prize.
  12. Buyagift will not be responsible for any liability arising out of a prize supplied by Piglet’s Pantry. Please consult Piglet’s Pantry terms and conditions (https://www.pigletspantry.co.uk/tcs) for further information.
  13. Buyagift reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.
  14. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.
  15. By claiming the Prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
