Head to the plush surroundings of The Rubens at the Palace, a luxury 5-star hotel in central London, situated a stone’s through from Buckingham Palace. You’ll be warmly welcomed to The New York Bar by expert mixologist, Silviu, who will show you how it’s done. Learn a variety of cocktail-making techniques and enjoy the chance to master your very own recipes to go on and share with friends and family at home. This experience is topped off with a chilled glass of Champagne each and a gorgeous selection of canapés to nibble on.

• This experience must be booked at least 24 hours in advance

• The dress code for The Rubens is smart casual and we respectfully ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, flip-flops and non-tailored shorts – guests not adhering to the dress code policy will not be permitted entry into the restaurants and bars
