What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available Monday–Thursday, year round, excluding Valentines day weekend and Mothers day weekend. Surcharge applicable for Friday-Sunday bookings.
• Opening hours are 10am–6pm
• Minimum age is 16 years old
• Treatments must be confirmed at the time of booking with no amendments on the day
• The spa will send an email confirmation once booked and a consultation form will be included which must be completed and sent back five days before arrival
• Robe and slippers are available to hire for £6 per person
• There is no wheelchair access at this spa
• All dates are subject to availability
