• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This experience is available Monday–Friday, excluding school holidays
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Spa access is available from 10am–6pm
• Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
• The spa will contact you prior to your arrival to confirm treatment session times
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment appointment. Treatment times shown include consultation and aftercare
• This is a family-friendly hotel and spa with some adult-only facilities – families with children are welcome to swim anytime, so please be aware there may be children present in the spa areas during your visit
