What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences

• Please provide 72-hours’ notice for cancellations
• Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your session
• Ensure you have not be in contact with an unwell dog 24-hours prior to your session
• Be aware that the young puppies can sometimes be playful and bite
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Photo ID is needed for entry
