What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding school holidays
• Spa access is available from 10am–6pm
• Minimum age: 16 years
• This experience is only suitable for customers past their first trimester of pregnancy
• During pregnancy it is unadvisable to use hydrotherapy or heat facilities
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon point of booking
• You will need to be past the 12 week stage and before the 36 week point of your pregnancy to use this experience
• Customers will be asked to confirm the details of their booking at least one week prior to arrival
• The cancellation policy is one week prior to the date of the booking
• This is a family-friendly hotel and spa with some adult-only facilities so please be aware there may be children present in the spa areas during your visit
