What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This voucher is valid for two people
• Available Monday to Thursday, year-round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
• This experience is available from 9am - 5pm
• It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment
• This experience allows two hours access to the spa’s facilities
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking
• Minimum age: 16 years. Under 18's to be accompanied by an adult
• Treatments are available to guests of 16 years of age and over. Valid proof of ID is required
• Please notify the venue at the time of booking if you have any sort of medical condition which they should be aware of. Some conditions may mean a treatment is unsuitable for you
• Step-free access is available at the venue
• Hotel parking fees will apply for the duration of the experience
• The spa is a gadget, camera, mobile phone and smoke-free zone. The venue request guests to switch their mobile phones off or set to silent mode
