What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
- For RHS Garden Hyde Hall:
- Available week round, year round, excluding RHS Garden Hyde Hall Flower Show, RHS Garden Hyde Hall Glow and Christmas Day
- From March to October the garden is open from 10am–6pm, with last entry at 5pm. From November to February the garden is open from 10am–4pm, with last entry at 3pm
- Customers must complete an online form to redeem their voucher, 72 hours prior to arrival
- RHS Garden Hyde Hall is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters
- For Greenwoods Hotel and Spa:
- Available Monday–Friday, subject to availability. Due to popularity, it is advised that you book 56 months in advance
- Spa access is from 2pm until 9pm
- Please inform the hotel in advance of any specific dietary restrictions
