What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Available week round, year round
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Please bring gym clothes, trainers and swimwear. Spa robes, towels and footwear are available to hire on the day, the cost is dependent on location. A deposit is required upon hiring a Spa bag, you may bring your own if preferred
• You must present your voucher on the day of attending your booking
• Treatment time includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress and 20 minutes of 'hands-on' treatment time
• Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day
• Bannatyne operates a 48hr amendment policy
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking
• If any guest has a medical condition, allergies or has had any medical treatments (including surgery) within the last six months please referhere
