During this half day class, you'll learn how to make piped and filled biscuits, as well as chocolate chunk cookies from Xanthe's acclaimed recipe book ‘Eat Me!’. You'll learn how to ensure that your cookies are soft and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside, as well as discovering the secret to the chocolate staying soft and melted even after the cookie has cooled. Once you've mastered delicious home-made biscuits, shop-bought biscuits will never taste as good!
