You’ll be immersed in the world of plant-based cooking, making a range of delicious recipes that don’t use meat, eggs or dairy. Making it easier than ever to enjoy mouth-watering vegan meals, a team of expert chefs will share tips, tricks and advice for plant-based eating, whether you’re a seasoned vegan or just looking to add some more fruit and veg to your diet. You’ll be cooking up a selection of dishes using classic vegan ingredients with a flavourful twist to delight your tastebuds. Don’t forget to explore the Academy’s cookbook library for even more inspiration, plus you’ll take home a recipe wallet with all of the recipes from the class so you can continue your plant-based journey at home.

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Available on selected dates, year round
- Choose either a morning or afternoon class. Please allow up to four hours for the whole experience and arrive up to 30 minutes before the class starts to check in at reception
- It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure best availability
- Minimum age: 16 years
- This class is suitable for all abilities
- Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
- Comfortable clothes and flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended
