One of Japan's most loved beverages, Sake has a rich history which you can learn all about with this sake masterclass for two at Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat restaurant. Based in the upmarket Mayfair area of London, the experience begins with a welcome sparkling sake on arrival alongside some Asian-inspired canapes. Take your seats at the exclusive Kasai Chef's table and let the expert sommelier talk you through the rich history of this Japanese rice wine, including how it's made and the different variations of the drink. Then begin the tastings, trying a number of sakes, paired with different sushi to complement each dish.
