For two to three hours, you’ll learn all about how gin is made from the experts and what botanicals are used to create this popular spirit. With some knowledge under your belt, it will be time for a tutored tasting of a variety of the distillery’s gins. Warm your palate up to the array of flavours and botanicals, from floral and fruit to citrusy and fragrant before making a unique blend yourself. Select your own botanical basket and distil your gin in a miniature copper pot. You’ll bottle, label and wax seal your 50cl personalised gin to enjoy at home.
