What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This voucher is valid for six months
• Available Monday–Thursday, year round, excluding 13th–15th February, 24th–26th December and 31st December. Other date and time restrictions may apply
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Vegetarian menus and non-alcoholic drink alternatives are available
• It is recommended to book at least six weeks in advance for best availability. Once booked, your voucher cannot be refunded
• Dogs are not permitted
• There will be a discretionary 13.5% service charge added to your final bill on the day. Please note, Crazy Bear is a cashless venue
• Please bring your printed voucher with you on the day
