What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people

  • The View from The Shard is available week–round, year round
  • Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online, please check the opening times before arrival as they can vary
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • There is no maximum group size
• Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill:
  • Bookings at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill are available Monday–Friday, year round
  • Lunch dining is available from 12pm–3pm
  • Please note, your meal must be booked in advance
  • Please take your voucher with you on the day
  • An optional 15% service charge will apply to your Savoy Grill bill, payable on the day
  • Some main and side dishes require a supplement fee
  • Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking
  • Smart wear is requested please, no jeans, shorts or trainers
