I had such a lovely time with my youngest daughter that I am planning two more visits before the end of the year. The only problem is trying to but rwo sets of voucher for three. The staff was so helpful and pleasant 0

Staff were very attentive and helpful with sorting out our dietary requirements. However, we were not told when we phoned to book the day before that they needed 48 hours advance notice and were almost turned away. As a result we only had scones as dessert, which although these were very tasty they provided no choice.

Booked an afternoon tea for 27 people, The hotel were so helpful, special thanks to Leonardo, in arranging everything. Everyone had a lovely time, service was excellent & the setting is beautiful. Sure we'll be back for many more teas!

Easy to book, service was excellent and very attentive. Good choices of tea and cakes and scones were deelicious. A personal preference would have been to have more savoury choices but sandwiches were tasty.

My friend and I had an enormous amount of difficulty finding somewhere which catered for a gluten free tea, despite being advertised that they did. We struck lucky with the Chelsea Harbour hotel. When booking, the staff were very courteous and this was replicated throughout our afternoon there. It was a lovely relaxing afternoon and we enjoyed our tea in comfort. I would definitely recommend.
