What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• You will receive two vouchers, both vouchers are valid for two people
• Lift 109 is available Monday–Friday, year round excluding school holidays
• Entrance is between 10am–3.50pm. You will be able to select your entry time at the point of booking
• Minimum age: 16 years. Infants aged two years and under can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket
• During November and December, experiences may be subject to a festive supplement which will be payable on the day - please check at point of booking
• For a step-free route, please reserve the wheelchair lift
• Visitors are asked to only bring a handbag or small rucksack. Pushchairs and buggies are only permitted in the gallery space and cannot be brought into the Lift
• Bread Street Kitchen is available from week-round, year round, excluding key seasonal dates
• This voucher is valid for dining at Bread Street Kitchen Battersea only
• Dining is available from 11.30am–6pm
• Dining is not available during the festive period of 21st December–2nd January
• A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to your bill on the day and any additional food and beverage items ordered will incur an additional cost
• Booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended
