What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week-round, year-round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Experience timings are 10am - 7.15pm (last entry 6pm) on Monday to Friday and Sunday, and 9am - 8.15pm (last entry 7pm) on Saturday
• Please allow approximately one hour for the experience
• Food and drink are not permitted inside the experience, resealable bottles of water are permitted
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot
• The venue is wheelchair accessible
