What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• This experience is available Sunday-Friday, year-round
• The zoo opens at 10am every day. Hours may vary - please contact the venue for details on seasonal closing times and last entries
• Please note, sturdy closed-toe shoes and long trousers/jeans are required. All participants must wear the provided gloves during the experience
• Anyone showing signs of any transmissible disease/covid/flu cannot participate
• The meerkat encounter is available at 12.30pm or 3.30pm
• Please note, if the 12.30pm encounter is booked then afternoon tea will be at 3.30pm. If the 3.30pm encounter is booked then afternoon tea will take place at 2pm
• There is no disabled access available for this experience due to enclosure restrictions
• Minimum age: 6 years
• All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ years
