What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• This experience is available Sunday-Friday, year-round
• You must check in at Guest Services on arrival or at least 30 minutes prior to experience
• The zoo opens at 10am every day. Hours may vary - please contact the venue for details on seasonal closing times and last entries
• Please note, sturdy closed-toe shoes and long trousers/jeans are required. All participants must wear the provided gloves during the experience
• Anyone showing signs of any transmissible disease/covid/flu cannot participate
• The meerkat encounter is available at 12.30pm or 3.30pm
• Please note, if the 12.30pm encounter is booked then afternoon tea will be at 3.30pm. If the 3.30pm encounter is booked then afternoon tea will take place at 2pm. Please email the venue at least 5 days in advance if you have any special dietary requests
• There is no wheelchair access available for this experience due to enclosure restrictions. Guests must make the venue aware of any additional needs/accessibility requirements at least 5 days in advance
• Minimum age: 6 years
• All guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ years
