St Paul’s Cathedral

On a slightly rainy day the views were still amazing from the top but only if you are not scared of heights or the idea of a climb up 100s of steps. It was disappointing not to be able to go into The Whispering Gallery but still a splendid building.

We had never been to Start Paul's, love Churches, so my Daughter gave us this as a gift last Christmas, we had a weekend in London, and this was the highlight of the weekend. A lovely clear day, so the view's were spectacular. A fabulous gift for anyone who enjoys history, architecture, art, and views. Tea in the cafe was good too !

Great bit of history

If you like London history then this is s great place to visit and if your feeling energetic then the climb up the hundreds of stairs to the very top is well worth it. Great views. Also buying the tickets in advance meant that we didn’t have to queue for long.

Fantastic day out
01 May 2019
Excellent value for money. The Cathedral itself is spectacular and really interesting just to wander around, but the guided tour is one and a half hours is the cherry on the top! The guide was so knowledgeable and engaging, the time flew by. A highly recommended day out. The views over London from the outside out on the first viewing area are spectacular - we were too chicken to climb to the highest viewing area!

London Day out!
30 April 2019
Amazing building. We got there at 10am and no queuing went straight in. Given the free headset for the audio tour which was well worth it and learnt much about the history and architecture.
