This is the home of famous chef Jean-Christophe Novelli and the perfect setting to experience a day of interactive demonstrations and sampling mouth-watering dishes. All Academy chefs, menus and recipes are approved personally by Jean-Christophe, and you’ll have the chance to choose from a variety of themes and foods from around the world.
