What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for up to four people
• This experience is available week-round, year-round
• The zoo opens at 10am every day. Your tour will begin at 9am. Please report to Guest Services by 8.45am
• Please contact the zoo with your choice of tour at least 5 days in advance
• Please contact the venue for details on seasonal closing times and last entries
• Minimum age: 6 years. At least one adult aged 18+ years must be participating
• Please note, this experience is accessible, however there will be a lot of walking / movement around site. Guests must make the venue aware of any additional needs/accessibility requirements at least 5 days in advance
• Anyone showing signs of any transmissible disease/covid/flu will not be able to participate
• Visibility of any particular animal is never guaranteed. All dates are subject to availability
